Gilbert Holmes Named Dean of the College of Law at the University of La Verne

holmesGilbert Holmes has been appointed dean of the College of Law at the University of La Verne in Ontario, California. He will take on his new role on July 1. Holmes is currently a professor of law and former dean of the University of Baltimore School of Law. Previously, he has served on the law school faculties at Texas Wesleyan University, Florida A&M University, Southern Methodist University, and Seton Hall University.

Professor Holmes is a native of Brooklyn, New York. He is a graduate of Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, and the New York University School of Law.
