The National Yo-Yo Champ Is a Student at an HBCU

Harold Owens III, a native of Indiana and a student at historically black Jackson State University in Mississippi, recently was crowned champion at the USA National Yo-Yo Contest, held annually in Chico, California.
Competitors participate in nine regional competitions in five different divisions. Here is a video of Owens showing off his skills.
