Quintin Bullock Named a Finalist for the Presidency of Stark State College

Quintin Bullock was named a finalist for the presidency of Stark State College in North Canton, Ohio. Stark State is a two-year institution that enrolls about 15,000 students. Dr. Bullock is one of four finalists for the position.

Currently, Dr. Bullock serves as president of Schenectady County Community College in New York. Previously, he was provost of the Virginia Beach campus of Tidewater Community College.

Dr. Bullock holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in biology education from Prairie View A&M University in Texas. He holds a doctorate in dental surgery from the University of Texas Health Center in Houston.
