The Protected Rights/Title IX Investigator will investigate and assist in the resolution of complaints related to Protected Rights/Title IX and general complaints including complaints related to sexual misconduct, sexual harassment/discrimination, gender-related violence (including stalking and intimate partner violence), hazing and general concerns.
Director of Protected Rights/Title IX Coordinator oversees compliance with Federal and State nondiscrimination, equal access, equal employment opportunity and affirmative action laws (EEO/AA), regulations and executive orders and policies that prohibit discrimination and harassment and provides leadership in the development, implementation and administration of policies and procedures to promote a respectful and diverse campus community.
The Title IX Coordinator is responds to reports of sexual violence, as defined under the College’s Policy on Sexual Violence, manage the College’s response and formal complaint process, and conducts Title IX trainings/presentations for the broader campus community.
The Civil Rights Investigator, Deputy Title IX Coordinator will conduct intake, screen and investigate if appropriate matters alleged to violate University policy or Title IX. In addition the Investigator will perform policy analysis and write reports.
