Reporting to the Vice President for Campus Life, the Senior Director for Student Success and Chief of Staff serves on the senior leadership team for the leadership division responsible for the student experience for all students – supporting them and ensuring their personal success.
Assist students with the exploration of majors and careers, and developing education plans appropriate to their goals.
The new vice president will provide leadership and foster strategic collaborations that drive organizational effectiveness, innovation, and long-range planning in support of the college’s vision, mission, and values.
Advise students in School of Social and Behavioral Sciences majors or classes taught by SOBL faculty (more than 25% of Stockton offerings) during drop-in appointments.
Plans, organizes, leads, and coordinates stand-alone grant-funded student, community-based, or adult training and programs that contribute to and encourage college attendance and retention for targeted students or groups.
The Director reports to the Dean of Students and collaborates with the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and the Chief Diversity Officer on a variety of initiatives and goals.
Plans, implements, supervises, assesses, and evaluates the activities, programs, information, personnel, and tutor services of the Mathematics, Engineering, Science Achievement program and Cerritos College Success Center.
The Associate Dean plays a critical role in cultivating an inclusive and welcoming campus community by providing developmental advising and case management support services to Brown University undergraduate and graduate students.
The Program Manager reports to the AVP for Academic Technology & Campus Engagement and works cross-divisionally, serving as an IT leader, leading technical student success projects and programs.
The Assistant Director of Student Achievement is responsible for collaborating with the Director to achieve divisional and campus-wide student success goals, such as recruitment, outreach, and retention of students in accordance with divisional and campus-wide student success goals.
