Dr. Michael D. Anthony previously served as the vice president of student affairs and enrollment management at Rochester Community and Technical College in Rochester, Minnesota. Earlier, he was the inaugural chief diversity officer at Oakton Community College in Des Plaines, Illinois, and inaugural director of the Cultural Center at the University of Louisville.

Dr. Boyd currently serves as provost and chief operating officer at Tidewater Community College in Norfolk, Virginia. From 2006 to 2014, he served in several posts including dean of Business and Career Technologies at Elgin Community College in Illinois.
Leslie McClellon Resigns as President of Rochester Community and Technical College
President McClellon had been criticized over her spending and hiring decisions since taking office only 18 months ago. She will take a position as a senior system director at the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities System.
