Many HBCUs are using federal stimulus funds to pay off students’ debt or give tuition reductions. Which statement best reflects your view?

HBCUs should use stimulus money in the way they see fit.

Stimulus funds should be used for infrastructure or program development that will benefit all students.

Wiping out student debt does little to strengthen HBCUs.

Eliminating student debt now may pay off later in increased alumni donations.
