Joyce O. Jenkins was the director of the Center for Teaching and e-Learning at Arkansas Baptist College in Little Rock. Prior to joining the staff at Arkansas Baptist College in 2012, Dr. Jenkins had a 26-year career at Fort Valley State University in Georgia.

Fort Valley State University, a historically Black educational institution in Georgia, has announced that it will be offering this fall a new bachelor of business administration degree with a concentration in supply chain and logistics management.

Warren G. Palmer was an associate professor emeritus in the School of Education and an associate professor emeritus of library science at the University of Michigan.
T. Ramon Stuart Named Provost at Fort Valley State University in Georgia
Dr. Stuart has been serving as associate provost and associate vice president for academic affairs at the university. He will begin serving as provost on May 16. Dr. Stuart formerly served on the faculty at West Virginia State Community and Technical College.

Dr. Griffith is a senior fellow at the American Association of State Colleges and Universities and the former president of Fort Valley State University in Georgia. He is being honored by the William J. Perry Center for Hemisphere Defense Studies in Washington.
