Under the direction of the Director of Finance, the Purchasing and Database Specialist is responsible for coordinating the purchase of all food and non-food supplies and services.
As a member of the production team and with direct supervision, assists cooks in preparation and service of the daily cafeteria and/or catered function menus, using established procedures and standardized recipes. Observes highest standards of sanitation, safety and quality assurance.
Provide food and related services for Faculty Club members guests and the university community. Deliver exceptional service commiserate with a fine dining establishment.
