Dr. L. Joy Gates Black has been serving as vice chancellor for academic affairs at Tarrant County College District in Fort Worth, Texas. She joined the staff at Tarrant County College in 2010. Earlier, Dr. Gates Black served in administrative roles at community colleges in Texas, California, and Massachusetts.
Martin J. Walsh, mayor of Boston, has appointed Regina Robinson to serve on the Boston School Committee. Robinson is dean of student affairs at Cambridge College. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia.
Since 2012, Elwood L. Robinson has served as provost and vice president for academic affairs at Cambridge College in Massachusetts. Previously, he served on the faculty at North Carolina Central University in Durham.
Elwood L. Robinson has served as a professor of psychology and dean at North Carolina Central University.
