Hired to new administrative posts are Janel Marts Green at Dillard University in New Orleans, Alonda Williams at Bellevue College in Washington State, and Kevin McDonald at the University of Missouri System.
Here is this week’s roundup of African Americans who have been appointed to new administrative positions at colleges and universities throughout the United States.
Campbell was named dean of international education and global initiatives at Bellevue. For the past nine years, he has been the director of international education initiatives for the district campuses of Portland Community College.
Taking on new roles are Gayle Colston Barge at Bellevue College, Reitumetse Obakeng Mabokela at the University of Illinois, Jason Cable at Alcorn State University, and John H. Hall at Clark Atlanta University.
All African American middle and high school students are eligible to attend. Free child care is offered to guests with young children and all attendees will receive a free dinner.
