The next Assistant Vice President of Human Resources and Institutional Equity will set the strategic direction for human resources and institutional equity, and will develop, implement, and maintain equitable and inclusive personnel policies and practices that are compliant with federal/state laws and university guidelines and support the university priorities.
The AVP for Faculty Diversity Equity and Inclusion serves as an advocate for faculty diversity, equity, and inclusion in the overall academic program, partnering with the Provost in supporting individual faculty members and academic schools.
