Sounds like a fair proposal.
$5 million is unrealistic and a smaller amount should be considered.
I’m against cash payouts. Free education, debt relief, medical and mental health care, career development, and other programs would be a better strategy.
I doubt any form of meaningful reparations will become a reality.
