Senior Integration Analyst/ Developer
Office of Information Technology
The Senior Integration Analyst/Developer analyzes business situations, develops requirements, and participates in the delivery of integrations that move data between business applications, to achieve University goals of minimizing duplicate entry and ensuring consistency among applications.
The incumbent will work extensively with members of business offices and other developers to define the business requirements for technology solutions
that meet the needs of various business areas, and build technical solutions to meet the identified needs. They will also act as a liaison between business owners and internal and external technology solution providers.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
3-5 years of related IT experience
Job Qualifications
- Strong analysis skills required, along with excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- Ability to interact effectively with wide variety of people at all technical skill levels
- A sense of curiosity is highly desired
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of testing methodologies and ability to build and follow test plans
- Demonstrated code development abilities in a related technology
- Knowledge of integration-related technologies, e.g., XSLT, JSON, REST, SOAP desirable
- Experience with source control tools such as Git preferred
- Demonstrates a willingness and ability to support a diverse and inclusive environment.
