Wayne State University — Tenured / Tenure-Track Assistant / Associate Professor, College of Engineering

Located in Midtown Detroit, the Wayne State University (WSU) College of Engineering anticipates hiring a tenure-track or tenured faculty starting from Fall 2023. Wayne State University is pursuing a bold initiative to hire 40 diverse candidates across the university to create a strong interdisciplinary group to profoundly impact the African American community through research, teaching and engagement. As a part of this broader initiative, the College of Engineering will be hiring five faculty through a multi-year college-wide cluster hire. Outstanding candidates in any engineering/computer science related field who could complement and enhance current departmental strengths will be considered. Candidates should have a Ph.D. in Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field, by Fall 2023 and the potential for excellence in teaching and research.
