Brown University — Alumni Leadership Programs Coordinator

Job Description:

The Leadership Programs Coordinator works closely with the Director on the development and implementation of various Alumni Leadership programs within the Office of Alumni Relations. These programs serve two important purposes for the University: (1) identifying, recruiting, and developing a broad and diverse set of alumni volunteers to serve in leadership roles, and (2) advancing the leadership of the University within and on behalf of our constituency of alumni, parents, and friends.

The Coordinator will collaborate with colleagues across the department and the University, including colleagues in Admissions, Community Engagement, Communications, and the Office of the President. The Coordinator will also work closely with volunteers and volunteer leaders within our constituency, including members of the President’s Leadership and Advisory Councils; members of the Brown Alumni Association; and officers of our classes, alumni clubs, and affinity groups, along with the various staff leads and liaisons that support each group.

The Coordinator will play a meaningful role in bringing our Alumni Leadership strategy to fruition, and will provide invaluable insight and counsel on our leadership programs as we grow the lifelong connection our alumni have to Brown and to each other.
