Assistant/Associate Professor in Epidemiology, Department of Public Health Sciences, College of Health and Human Services, The University of North Carolina at Charlotte. 

The Assistant (tenure track) or Associate (tenured) Professor of Epidemiology will: a) engage in scholarship that advances the Department’s portfolio of public health and health services research and seek extramural research funding; b) teach in our undergraduate, masters and doctoral program(s) including a proposed PhD in Epidemiology; c) contribute professional service to the institution, community, and discipline; and (d) support the Department’s mission and vision. The Department of Public Health Sciences includes 30 full-time faculty serving over 1500 undergraduate and 200 graduate students. Eligible candidates must have a doctoral degree in epidemiology by August 2023. Preferred candidates will have earned an MPH. Candidates with expertise in cancer and other chronic diseases, maternal and child health, health disparities, sexually transmitted diseases, and/or advanced epidemiological methods are particularly encouraged to apply.
