Homeland Security and Emergency Management and Policy Position
The Department of Public Service and Administration in The Bush School of Government and Public Service at Texas A&M University invites nominations and applications for a tenured or tenure-track professor who will contribute to the department in the areas of teaching, research and service. Candidates with research expertise in all fields related to homeland security and/or emergency management will be considered.  Potential areas of interest include, but are not limited to: homeland security, emergency management, disaster preparedness, cybersecurity, intergovernmental relations, state and local policy and management, federal policy and management, and the role of organizational networks in policy implementation. Successful applicants must have a Ph.D. by the beginning of employment on August 15, 2023, and must demonstrate a commitment to high quality research and teaching in a professional school of public affairs.
