Job Summary/Basic Function	

Position Start Date: Fall 2023

The Department of English and Modern Languages invites applications for a tenure track assistant/associate professor in technical & professional writing. The department expects that candidates will teach face to face and online courses in junior level Professional Writing and Technical Report Writing and will develop senior level technical writing and other writing classes.

Given the size and mission of our department, we also expect that the person can also teach composition and possibly literature courses. All candidates should have some training in teaching composition and some experience teaching online courses.

Salaries will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
