Job Description:

This position will provide an advanced level of direct administrative support to two regional directors, both of whom are frontline fundraisers, within the Office of International Advancement. The position will handle administrative duties and information technology tasks in order to help build a strong and supportive community of international alumni, parents and friends at Brown University.  This position will also work collaboratively with other development associates and fundraising staff within Brown’s Division of Advancement.

  • Knowledge of BSR Advance and Blackbaud preferred.
  • Knowledge of or interest in international affairs is preferred.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a related field – preferably in development, sales, customer relations, administrative, etc.
  • Experience in a higher-education, fundraising, or non-profit setting highly desirable.
