Regis University — President

Regis University seeks a visionary and inspirational leader to serve as its 25th President. The new President of Regis University will draw upon the institution’s history and will provide leadership for all aspects of the University, guiding Regis toward further developing and delivering a transformative Jesuit, Catholic education to students locally, nationally, and globally. The President will need to be both a short-term problem solver and a visionary and inspirational leader who will work alongside talented staff and faculty with a deep loyalty to Regis and garner excitement about the future, including the opportunity to receive designation as a Hispanic-Serving Institution. A deep connection to and ability to embody and advance the mission and values of Regis University is essential. The successful candidate should have extensive experience with balancing business fundamentals of a complex institution while prioritizing student success, academic excellence, employee health, wellness, development and diversity and inclusion. Strategic planning experience is highly desirable, as is assessing and improving upon organizational structures and policies. Also, of great importance is a leadership style that emphasizes communication, accessibility, collaboration, transparency, and decisiveness to lead the academic enterprise during a time of growth, change and aspiration.
