Oregon State University — Director of Student Success

Oregon State University’s College of Engineering is seeking a new Director of Student Success. The College is committed to building a community of faculty, students, and staff that is increasingly inclusive, collaborative, diverse, and centered on student success. As such, the director broadens our capacity to advance student success across individual identities and facilitate the continuous improvement of teaching and learning in the College.

The purpose of this role is to lead the development and implementation of strategies that improve academic success for all undergraduate engineering students, direct the academic integrity program, manage the College’s Success Studio, and be the primary liaison to our embedded mental health counselor. The director will design and implement activities that improve the student experience, retention, and graduation rates.
