This position supports the curriculum data management processes and analyses for the College of Pharmacy.

Pay Grade: 7
Starting Salary Range: $41,156 – $45,000
Location: Rootstown, OH

Principal Functional Responsibilities
Curriculum Data Support

  • Assist with the design and build of data infrastructures related to the College’s educational program(s).
  • Develop, edit, and/or review internal reports of data for course directors, curriculum committees, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in educational program evaluation including and not limited to the development and production of reports designed to assist in decision making by stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and implement a system of distribution of information related to aggregate learner assessments, evaluation of teaching and learning processes, as well as curriculum inventory.

Continuous Quality Improvement

  • Proactively identify problems and recommend solutions that increase team efficiency and service quality, while also improving delivery and operations related to curriculum data.
  • Assist Manager with analyzing work processes and creating standard operating procedures.

Other Duties

  • Execute administrative functions for designated programs and projects, including but not limited to scheduling meetings with students/faculty/course directors, including agendas, correspondence, proposals, preparing documents, attendance/registration, and reports, coordinating space reservations, technical needs, maintaining communication lists and shared files.
  • Distribute and communicate reporting outcomes and data to healthcare practitioners, faculty, public and students in a timely, professional manner providing with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Course work in education, math, business, communication, or related field preferred.

Two to four years’ experience in higher education or health-related field.
