University of Wisconsin-River Falls (UWRF) invites nominations and applications for the position of Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration (VCFA). This executive leader provides careful stewardship of financial, physical, and human resources, as well as guidance for risk mitigation, and planning for short and long-term sustainability. The successful candidate will have a foundational philosophy of putting students first, ensuring a high level of accountability and transparency, and facilitating common-sense policy interpretations and business operations for campus users.

The VCFA serves as the University's chief business officer and provides leadership and direction for university-wide policy development and implementation affecting administrative and financial operations. The VCFA oversees seven direct reports (with a combined staff of over 50). Total budget responsibility exceeds $180 million. The VCFA provides leadership, oversight, and stewardship for the University's financial resources, while ensuring institutional integrity on fiscal and human resources matters. A valued and critical member of the Chancellor's executive leadership team, the VCFA serves as a strategic advisor to the Chancellor and her executive leadership team and recommends financial objectives, policies and practices that ensure a sound financial structure for the institution.
