The University of Minnesota seeks an inspiring and passionate leader for the newly created Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (ED&I) Director in the Office of Human Resources. In collaboration with the systemwide human resources community and consultation with the Office for Equity and Diversity and other vital units, this leader will advance the university’s HR ED&I strategic vision, initiatives, and work. Key focus areas will be a support of the University of Minnesota’s system-wide strategic plan, MPACT 2025 to foster community and belonging plus serve as the HR ED&I leader for the systemwide transformational PEAK Initiative. The Director will report directly to the VP of HR, working collaboratively as part of our leadership team to support equity and inclusion for all members of our community.
