The University of Arkansas at Little Rock seeks applications for the position of Assistant Professor of Painting, R0009414. The Assistant Professor of Painting is responsible for teaching painting, advising, and mentoring students. This position will participate in recruitment and retention activities, curriculum assessment, and development. Contributing to department, college, and university committees. Required Education and/or Experience: Master of Fine Arts in painting or studio art;
Evidence of scholarship related to the position requirements.

Preferred Education and/or Experience: University-level teaching experience beyond graduate assistantships; A strong record of creative work and evidence of ongoing professional achievement; Experience with various printmaking processes; Experience working with diverse populations of learners.
