California State University, Stanislaus — Dean of the College of Business Administration

California State University, Stanislaus (Stanislaus State) seeks nominations of and applications from accomplished academic leaders to serve as the Dean of the College of Business Administration.

The University is part of California State University (CSU), a 23-campus system across California. With more than 480,000 students, it is the largest, the most diverse, and one of the most affordable university systems in the country. CSU campuses emphasize access to quality public higher education and workforce preparation that is responsive to regional needs.

The College of Business Administration’s mission is to deliver a professional business education that offers students the knowledge and skills to succeed in their careers and in society. The College offers one undergraduate degree as the main academic program and several well-respected master’s degrees. Programs in the following areas are offered: accounting, computer information systems, finance, general business, management-entrepreneurship, management-human resources, management-international business, marketing, and operations management.

Reporting directly to the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs, the Dean is the chief academic and administrative officer of the College of Business Administration, which has locations on the Turlock campus and at the Stockton campus. The College has three departments: Accounting & Finance; Management Information Systems; and, Management, Operations & Marketing. 26 full- and part-time faculty offer the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and the Master of Business Administration with options for day, evening, executive, and online programming on both campuses. The College is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) International, and has a Spring 2023 reaccreditation visit scheduled.
