Baruch College — Administrative Coordinator (Department Assistant), Department of Economics and Finance

Job Description:
The Bert W. Wasserman Department of Economics and Finance at Baruch College is seeking applicants for Department Assistant starting immediately. This position will report to the Department Chair.

In addition to the CUNY Title Overview, duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Coordinates office operations such as meetings, communications, events, and reports.
  • Maintains extensive files and records for the unit.
  • Maintains accurate calendars, schedules, and key dates.
  • Collects, prepares, and distributes data reports using appropriate technology.
  • May perform related duties as assigned; may participate in special projects and efforts to improve unit effectiveness.

Qualifications:
