Project Achieve

The Director is responsible for effectively managing staff and monetary resources to meet the goals of a federal Student Support Services/TRIO Grant. The Director is responsible for development, coordination and implementation of all direct services programs as well as all administrative functions related to the project. This position supervises and evaluates staff; works closely with various administrative units; manages the budget; plans special events; provides administrative functions such as tracking, evaluating and reporting data and participating in campus-wide committees. The Director serves as a positive, collaborative member of the student success and enrollment leadership team.

This is a grant funded position with the end date contingent upon receiving grant funding.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Master’s Degree in Educational Administration, Student Personnel, Counseling, Public Administration or other relevant area
  • Four years’ experience and knowledge in student Support Services, TRIO programs, or related leadership experience in education programs working with first-generation, low-income and/or students with disabilities.
  • Four years of administrative and budget experience
  • Will consider an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Salary Information: Commensurate with Qualifications
