Fairfield University — Assistant Professor, Philosophy

The Philosophy Department of Fairfield University invites applications for a tenure track Assistant Professor position to begin September 2022, with an AOS in Logic and Philosophy of Science and an open AOC. Candidates should also be prepared to teach Introduction to Philosophy as well as upper division courses in their area of specialization. The Philosophy Department is a significant contributor to the University core curriculum. The teaching load is 3 courses per semester. Salary is competitive.

A Ph.D. in Philosophy is required by the time of the appointment. Teaching experience is necessary.
