Bryn Mawr College — Assistant or Associate Director of Alumnae/i Relations and Development Marketing and Communications

THE POSITION
The Assistant or Associate Director of Alumnae/i Relations and Development Marketing and Communications will be a key part of the Alumnae/i Relations and Development (ARD) team, reporting to the Director of Alumnae/i Relations and Development Marketing and Communications.

This position will participate in the implementation of a comprehensive communications plan under the direction of the Director of Alumnae/i Relations and Development Marketing and Communications to engage the alumnae/i community in the life of the College, including overseeing the fulfillment of print, email, social, and web campaigns as well as other initiatives to strengthen communications with alumnae/i and support the College’s mission.

The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and editing skills; attention to detail; strong organizational and personal communication skills; ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects; and experience with both web and social media platforms. A Bachelor’s degree is required and three to five years communications and/or publications experience or demonstrated experience planning and executing communications is preferred.
