Bryn Mawr College has an opening for a Program Assistant in the Pensby Center for Community Development and Inclusion.

THE POSITION
Reporting to the Associate Dean for Equity, Inclusion, and Community Life, the Program Assistant will provide administrative and data support to the Pensby Center.  The Program Assistant supports a team of Student Life administrators, with a portion of the role dedicated to International Student and Scholar Services.  Responsibilities will include general office support (answering phones, maintaining files, attending to visitors, managing the budget), supervising student workers, maintaining websites and social media accounts, event organization and supporting and maintaining records using specialized software and databases.

The Program Assistant must be comfortable with computers and excel at both verbal and written communication.   

Requirements include:  Bachelor’s degree or two years of relevant experience required. A demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racism.  Experience with Microsoft Office, databases and the ability and willingness to learn other software and systems such as web content management systems, record keeping software, PeopleSoft, TerraDotta, and SEVIS.
