The College of Engineering at Oregon State University is seeking an Employer Relations Manager. This is a full-time (1.0 FTE), 12-month, professional faculty position. The Employer Relations Manager contributes to the College of Engineering’s strategic goal to be a “partner of choice”. The work of the Employer Relations Manager will involve on-campus, off-campus, and virtual engagement. Employer recruiting programs, events, and activities for partner employers to access, recruit, and hire College of Engineering students. This position works closely with employer representatives, external workforce/economic development organizations, trade associations, alumni, school heads and faculty in portfolio areas, colleagues in career development and student engagement functions, as well as with students.
