Miami University — Senior Business / Process Analyst

Management: Under general direction from the CHRO, the position will analyze, lead projects, support and maintain business processes in the Human Resources function.

This position will partner with Human Resources, Payroll Services and other direct stakeholders as appropriate to drive process review; prioritizing the customer experience and increased efficiency within the Human Resource function.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Process Engineering or closely related field of study and 5-10 years professional work experience required. Proficiency with data collection, analysis, and one or more related tools (e.g., Excel, etc.) Demonstrated success managing projects of significant complexity with multiple stakeholders while delivering on time. Demonstrated proficiency with process mapping and documentation of standard work/processes using one or more related tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, etc.)

Consideration may be given to candidates with previous experience in an HR function and HRIS/Talent Management Systems or similar applications. Professional work experience in a non-public sector environment, preferred.
