Bryn Mawr College — Assistant / Associate Director of Student and Young Alumnae/i Engagement

The Assistant/Associate Director of Student and Young Alumnae/i Engagement is an integral member of The Bryn Mawr Fund team within the Alumnae/i Relations & Development (ARD) division.

This position reports to the Senior Associate Director of Bryn Mawr Fund Marketing and collaborates with the Director of Alumnae/i Relations and Director of Family Giving. Primary responsibilities include oversight of fundraising and engagement efforts for undergraduate students and the Graduates of the Last Decade (GOLD) alumnae/i classes.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who will re-evaluate and grow these programs with the goal of creating a meaningful connection with Alumnae/i Relations and Development for students and recent graduates. 2 – 5 years of relevant work experience required along with a college degree and experience in working with students, fundraising, higher education, or non-profit preferred.
