Coastal Carolina University — Administrative & Customer Relations Specialist

Coastal Carolina University seeks applications for the position of Administrative & Customer Relations Specialist (Administrative Specialist II) in the Office of the Registrar. 

Duties include, but are not limited to: registration and related activities; process student registrations, on-line, for advance, regular and late registration phases; process drops/adds/changes of student schedules; process transcript and records requests from customers; accurately update and process academic records; responsible for answering the office’s telephone lines and receiving walk-in traffic; demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of university academic policies (grading, registrations, add/drops, updating student information, etc.), Office of the Registrar procedures and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA); and other duties as assigned. 

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and two (2) years of relevant job experience are required. Equivalent education, training, and experience will be considered. An associate’s degree is preferred.
