Bryn Mawr College — Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis

THE POSITION
Bryn Mawr College seeks a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis who will be responsible for financial planning and forecasting, coordinating the development of the annual and long-term budgets, providing regular variance, trend, and ad-hoc reports (e.g., showing actual vs. budgeted performance), managing the budget model/software, and engaging and educating the community (students, faculty and other employees) about the budget. This position is under the general direction of the Chief Financial Officer and will work collaboratively with the College’s Controller.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ relevant work experience, preferably within higher education or in a similar non-profit environment. A bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or other advanced degree in a related field is an advantage.
