The University of Arkansas at Little Rock Talent Search is accepting applications for a full-time Office Administrator (R0002941). The Office Administrator for the Sequoyah National Research Center (SNRC) and the Little Rock Downtown Center assists in the management of the financial operations of both Centers under the direction of the Assistant Director of Collection and Archives. Exceptional organizational skills are required. The Office Administrator initiates documents related to expenditures and hiring using Workday; assists the Directors in managing daily expenses, grant funds, and donor funds; assists with community outreach activities; and performs basic library and archival duties as assigned. Required education and experience: Bachelor’s degree; Must be highly motivated, flexible and have the ability to work in a variety of educational settings; Must have demonstrated interpersonal skills, sensitivity to and the ability to relate to program participants; Must have a personal vehicle for travel; Must have a valid driver’s license; Must have the ability to work some hours outside of normal office hours, evenings, and weekends.
