Massachusetts Institute of Technology — Program Coordinator-MIT Bootcamps

MIT Open Learning seeks a Program Coordinator to support customer development and educational program operations for MIT Bootcamps.  This position will be responsible for marketing (paid and content), admissions, and program operations.

MIT Bootcamps take place online, at MIT, and in multiple international locations.  It is a warm, dynamic, always-innovating, multicultural team that encourages active collaboration, constructive feedback, learning, creativity, and rigor for learners and ourselves. It is looking for someone who enjoys this working environment to help it attract motivated learners to its community of global innovators and provide them superior learning experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop personas through market research and interviews.
  • Help develop/implement targeted multichannel marketing strategy.
  • Use marketing analytics to optimize marketing strategy.
  • Leverage online and offline channels to target new learners.
  • Work closely with MIT collaborators on cross-marketing efforts.
  • Maintain and update program websites, outward-facing collateral, and messages.
  • Interface directly with program applicants and participants digitally to resolve issues.
  • Conduct program admissions.
  • Support day-to-day online program operations and learning management system.
  • Collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders for in-person program execution, both domestic and international.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least two years of experience.
  • Strong project management, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with analytical marketing tools.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, prioritize, and deliver multiple projects with different deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • International collaboration experience.  

This is a temporary, one-year position, renewable on an annual basis.
