Coastal Carolina University — Assistant Coordinator of Student Records

Coastal Carolina University seeks applications for the position of Assistant Coordinator of Student Records (Student Services Program Coordinator I) in the Office of the Registrar. This is a full-time salaried position that is responsible for all aspects of maintaining the accuracy of student records. 

Duties include, but are not limited to transcript processing, coordinating with faculty in the processing of grades/grade changes, assists with processing general and core petitions, back up the front office operations, assist with commencement planning activities, and performing other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree and experience in student services programs are required. Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, judgement and computer skills. Must have ability to set priorities and meet deadlines; anticipate problems and find solutions. Ability to take initiative in analyzing problems and developing/implementing effective solutions. Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
