Assistant Professor in Computer Information Systems & Technology (CIS&T), Tenure-stream, beginning Fall 2021 

The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford is currently seeking applicants for the position of an Assistant Professor of CIS&T (tenure stream) in the Division of Management and Education, beginning Fall 2021.

Requirements: Ph.D. or ABD (degree completion date required) in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a closely related field, with a strong commitment to teaching undergraduates.  Scholarship, advising, and service activities are required. Candidates experienced working with university students from diverse backgrounds, and experience in the field of expertise are encouraged to apply. At least three to five years of university level teaching experience is required.

Applicants must be able to teach 12 credits per semester, in CIS&T at the undergraduate level.  Preferred courses include Systems Analysis and Design, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, User Interface Design, Database Management, Data mining, Machine Learning, Programming and Algorithm Design.  Preference will be given to applicants with relevant work experience.
