UMBC Department of Theatre — UMBC Fellows Program for Faculty Diversity in the Arts

The UMBC Department of Theatre invites applications for UMBC’s Fellows Program for Faculty Diversity in the Arts. Theatre practitioners and scholars from any discipline of theatre, drama, or performance studies, who are interested in an academic career, are encouraged to apply. A terminal degree is required (such as an MFA, PhD, or DFA) by or before start of Fellowship. Current or recent graduate students may wish to simultaneously apply for UMBC’s Postdoctoral Fellowship for Faculty Diversity.

UMBC Theatre fosters artistically innovative and socially engaged graduates in a leading liberal arts program. Using the latest technologies and practices, we experiment with theatrical forms, create provocative new work, and give voice where it is most needed. The Department serves approximately 125 majors & minors with state-of-the-art studios, shops, and theaters.
