This is an exciting opportunity for a distinguished leader and scholar to strategically guide the College amidst the changing backdrop of higher education and the growing vibrancy and diversity of the St. Louis region.

The successful candidate will promote and facilitate student success, including for non-traditional and first-generation college students; student enrollment and retention; AACSB-accredited academic programming; research/scholarship; and community engagement. The Dean must understand the increasing complexities of business education and higher education more broadly, and have a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all levels of a college setting. Further, the Dean will cultivate and lead expanding opportunities and demands of serving the university’s diverse community and business partners.
