Cleveland State University (CSU) invites applications and nominations for the position of Dean of the Monte Ahuja College of Business.

The Ahuja College consists of over 70 full-time multidisciplinary faculty members, 30 professional staff, and over 3,000 students. The College holds AACSB accreditation is in Business and Accounting. In the last few years, the College has developed new programs in business analytics, entrepreneurship, professional sales, and property management to meet the growing market demand. 

Founded in 1964, Cleveland State University is a Doctoral University with high research activity located in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. Under the leadership of its new President Harlan Sands, the University has embarked on new strategic initiatives to become a leading urban research university. With ten colleges, the University serves 16,000 students and offers over 150 different bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degree programs. With more than $500 million in new construction and building renovations, Cleveland State has developed a 21st-century urban campus for the student of today and tomorrow.

The next Dean of the Ahuja College will have a comprehensive understanding of business education, unquestioned integrity, and exemplary interpersonal and communication skills. The Search Committee seeks a visionary leader with extensive administrative experience and academic credentials to lead the next phase of growth of the College. Candidates who have meaningful leadership experience and demonstrated significant accomplishment in business, government, or consulting organizations will also be considered.
