Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree required; PhD preferred
  • Requires at least two to five years teaching experience
  • Experience working with a diverse student population
  • Online Teaching experience preferred, but not required
  • Experience working in Tableau and Excel required

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Applicant will assist students to explore data literacy, visual literacy and how outcomes are dependent upon the integrity of data, the analysis of data and the need for clearly defined report writing.
  • Will assist students to manipulate data for analysis and interpretation in order to effectively conduct and/or contribute to data analytics projects.
  • Some advanced visual analytics knowledge is required to introduce students to machine learning with “R”

  • HCI 505 Foundation Analytics
  • HCI 525 Advanced Analytics
