University of Pennsylvania — Assistant Professor / Academic Clinician, Geriatric Medicine

Position Description *
The Division of Geriatrics in the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Assistant Professor positions in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Expertise is required in the specific area of Geriatrics. Applicants must have an M.D. or equivalent degree. Board certification is required in Geriatric Medicine.

Teaching responsibilities may include training medical students, residents, and fellows.

Clinical responsibilities may include inpatient care at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center working with the Geriatric Co-management team and on the Acute Care for the Elderly Unit. The selected candidate will also be expected to provide clinical care at the PPMC Skilled nursing facility.
