Temple University’s Beasley School of Law is searching for an Assistant Dean for Career Services to oversee the career planning mission for the passionate and extraordinary students and alumni of Temple Law School, and heads the dedicated and talented team in the Office of Career Services. These responsibilities include the development of initiatives to expand and enhance employment opportunities for students and graduates, representing the law school in regional and national organizations, and serving as a liaison to judges, legal employers, and other external constituencies. The duties include but are not limited to managing and directing the daily administrative operations of the Office of Career Services, including supervision of professional and administrative staff, tracking and reporting graduate and employment outcome statistics, counseling students and alumni, and developing, planning and implementing comprehensive career services programming to meet the changing needs of diverse student body and alumni.
