University of Pennsylvania — Assistant or Associate Professor – Non-Tenure CE/AC Track – Pediatric Pathology/Dermatopathology – The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia

The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for an Assistant or Associate Professor position in the non-tenure clinician-educator or academic-clinician track. The successful applicant will be a board certified/eligible pediatric pathologist and be eligible for an unrestricted medical license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The position will be based within the Division of Anatomic Pathology at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Responsibilities include reporting surgical cases and biopsies, placentas and pediatric and perinatal autopsies and share responsibilities for the out of hours service as well as taking part in the teaching of residents and fellows rotating through the division. Experience or certification in dermatopathology would be an asset.
