University of West Florida — MBA Coordinator for Marketing, Recruitment and Retention – 125300

The University of West Florida College of Business MBA Office, in Pensacola, Florida, invites applications for the full-time position of MBA Coordinator for Marketing, Recruitment and Retention (position #125300).  

This position assists the MBA Director with the marketing, recruitment and retention aspects of the MBA Program including the Germany, Academic Partnerships (AP) and the MBA Four Tracks Online Programs, and Pensacola campuses as well as cross-disciplinary joint programs. This employee serves as the liaison between University administrators, students, faculty, staff and others regarding admission/registration activities for the MBA Program. Further the employee in this position participates in virtual, on- and off-campus promotion, student advising, graduation, placement and alumni relations. This position assists with the admission and advising of new students and advising of current students including updating appropriate electronic files. Additionally, this employee assists in developing, promoting, and administering new programs, custom offerings of the MBA Program, joint and dual-degree cooperation, student exchanges, and continuing education programs. The employee works with the MBA Director to develop and maintain associated program websites, newsletters, and program brochures and provides oversight for the MBA Accelerated Foundations courses. This position assists with supervisory responsibility for the MBA Office Administrator and Work Study Personnel. This employee provides oversight and direction for the marketing, recruitment, placement, and tracking of COB Graduate Assistants. Lastly, the employee assists with the assessment of MBA Program student learning outcomes.  Occasional night and weekend hours are required.

Minimum Qualifications:  Master’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization; or a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience.

Preferred Qualifications:  MBA degree or a Master’s degree in a business specialization.

Salary Range:  $32,000 – $44,000 annually.
