Coastal Carolina University — Lecturer of Exercise and Sport Science

Coastal Carolina University, Program in Exercise and Sport Science in the Department of Kinesiology invites applications for a lecturer of Exercise and Sport Science. This position is a nine-month, full-time appointment with benefits and will begin August, 2020.

Primary teaching responsibilities of the lecturer include undergraduate courses in sport/exercise injury management and physical rehabilitation. Additional teaching responsibilities will align with the candidate’s areas of expertise.

Candidates must possess a master’s degree in Exercise Science/Kinesiology or highly related discipline. Preferred qualifications include a record of public/community engagement and excellence in college teaching. A background in the management of exercise-related injuries (e.g. athletic training or physical therapy) is preferred, and related external credentials are desired.
